Ferrum gate installation

can i install ferrumgate on other operating systems besides Debian 11-12, for example on AlmaLinux (which is based on Red Hat Linux), by using only the docker pull method? Thank you.

We did not test it. Probably will not install successfully. We need some packages and docker. And always testing on Debian 11-12.
you can install prerequities manuel. then install docker should work.

I have one more question, would it work if I install it on Ubuntu or any Debian-based operating system? I tried installing Debian 12 on my server yesterday, but unfortunately, it didn’t work

You will be able to install on Debian 12 successfuly without any problem.
on ubuntu you will have a problem about yq packet. it is in snap package manager on ubuntu. We could not test it on other releases. You could alter install scripts after failing. they are install.sh and files under sh folder. Please if you fix anything create a pull request. Thanks
